How does PakGaari choose a workshop for my request?
PakGaari first looks for approved workshops and mechanics registered in your own area, for example Gulberg or DHA, that support your vehicle, offer the service you need and are open at your chosen time. If none of them accepts quickly, your request is also offered to the nearest others. The first one to accept is assigned to you.
Is it free to use PakGaari?
Creating an account, saving your vehicles and sending a repair request is free. You agree the repair charges directly with the workshop that accepts your request.
Who can see my phone number and address?
Only the workshop that accepts your request. Before that, workshops see only your area, approximate distance, vehicle, service, date and time.
Which vehicles and services are supported?
Cars, motorcycles, electric motorcycles, scooters and electric scooters, in petrol, diesel, hybrid and EV types. You can request general repair, AC service, oil change, brake service, battery, tyres, suspension, engine, electrical work, diagnostics and inspection. Availability depends on the workshops registered in your area.
What happens if no workshop accepts my request?
Your request stays open for a limited time. If no workshop accepts it, it expires and you can send a new request, for example with a different date or time. You can also cancel a request while it is still waiting for a workshop.
Do I need an account to book a repair?
Yes. You verify your email once, then you can save your vehicles, send repair requests, follow their status and see your service history in My Garage.
How can my workshop join PakGaari?
Register your workshop on the PakGaari workshop partner page, verify your email, submit your documents and wait for approval. Approved workshops can top up a wallet and receive leads.
