PakGaari works on a simple lead system. Here is exactly how it works.
Example
Wallet balance PKR 5,000. Lead price PKR 300. You accept the lead. Your new wallet balance is PKR 4,700. Every movement is recorded in your transaction history. Lead prices can differ by service.
- Before accepting, you see the area, approximate distance, vehicle, service, date, time and lead price.
- The customer's phone number and full address are shared only after you accept.
- A lead goes first to workshops and mechanics registered in the customer's own area: Gulberg leads to Gulberg, DHA leads to DHA. If nobody there accepts in time, it is also offered to the nearest others.
- Only approved workshops can receive leads.
- Wallet top-ups are verified by the PakGaari team before they are credited.
- You can decline any lead without a charge.

No workshop? You can still earn with PakGaari
If you are a skilled mechanic who works at customers' places, you do not need a shop or premises to join. Sign up as an individual mechanic and receive leads the same way workshops do.

How do I register my workshop on PakGaari?
Fill in the registration form on this page with your workshop name, owner name, email, mobile number and password, then verify your email. After that you complete your profile and upload your documents inside your workshop dashboard and submit them for review.
Is registration free?
Registering has no joining fee. You add funds to your PakGaari wallet to accept leads, and the lead price is shown to you before you accept.
Which documents do I need?
The owner CNIC, proof of your shop or premises, and NTN or business information where applicable. The PakGaari team reviews them before approving your workshop.
How long does approval take?
Our team reviews every workshop and emails you the decision. A complete profile with clear documents is reviewed faster. Only approved workshops can receive leads.
How do leads work?
When a customer sends a repair request, it is offered first to workshops and mechanics registered in the same area as the customer, for example Gulberg leads go to Gulberg and DHA leads go to DHA. If nobody in that area accepts within a short time, it is also offered to the nearest others. The first to accept gets the job, and a lead expires after a limited time if nobody accepts.
I do not have a workshop. Can I still join?
Yes. Choose "I am an individual mechanic" when you register. You need your CNIC, a mobile number and the area you work in. You do not need a shop or premises proof. Individual mechanics receive leads in the same way as workshops.
What do I see before I accept a lead?
You see the customer's area, approximate distance, vehicle, service, date, time, the problem description and the lead price. The phone number and full address are hidden until you accept.
When do I get the customer's phone number and address?
Immediately after you accept the lead. They appear in My Jobs in your dashboard and only for the workshop that accepted.
How does the wallet work?
You top up your wallet with a manual payment and PakGaari verifies it before crediting your balance. When you accept a lead, the lead price is deducted. For example, a PKR 5,000 balance and a PKR 300 lead leave PKR 4,700. Every movement is recorded in your transaction history.
Can I decline a lead?
Yes. Declining a lead is free. You are charged only when you accept a lead.
Which services and vehicle types can I offer?
You choose. Services include general repair, AC service, oil change, brake service, battery, tyres, suspension, engine, electrical work, diagnostics and inspection. Vehicle types include cars, motorcycles, electric motorcycles, scooters and electric scooters. You also set your service radius, working days and hours.
